FIXED AUTOBELLA

We set up a team in a car park which is able to receive a water-free car wash area. This area is fitted out quickly and does not require any engineering work.

Much more than a simple car wash, wherever possible, Autobella offers a complete Services Centre . Therefore, we become an important partner for the Town Centre Car Park Manager or the Shopping Centre Manager, meaning that it is possible to offer a better service to customers with cars.

SERVICES CENTRE

Cleaning and renovation service

Customers park their vehicles directly in the Services Centre's "reception" area where they are taken care of by a member of staff, including parking once the car has been cleaned and help with loading shopping once the vehicle has been returned to the Services Centre's "reception" area.

 Reduced mobility service

A service for disabled people. They arrive directly at the Services Centre , where they are taken care of by a member of staff, including - for maximum service - help with getting out of the car and into a wheelchair, car parking, loading of any shopping, folding of the wheelchair and getting back into the car, once the vehicle has been returned to the Services Centre's "reception" area.

Family Service

Parents park directly in the Services Centre's "reception" area where they are taken care of by a member of staff, including help with children and prams, car parking, loading of any shopping, folding of prams and help with getting the children back into the car, once the vehicle has been returned to the Services Centre's "reception" area.

Valet Parking

This is designed for all people who want to save precious time normally wasted on finding a parking space on busy days. Customers park their vehicles directly in the Services Centre's "reception" area where they are taken care of by a member of staff. After having completed a short form, customers may attend to their plans while their vehicle is parked until they return, when they will be helped with loading their shopping.

Smart Repair Service

Smart Repair consists of repairing any minor damage to your car:

• Fabric-leather repairs: repairs holes and tears in fabric and leather
  Plastic repairs: repairs holes, scrapes and scratches on interior and exterior trim
  Wheel refurbishment: repairs scratches and other damage to wheel rims and hub caps
  Repair of paintwork scratches.
